Shawn Lee is a trial lawyer.  In his nine years of legal experience, Mr. Lee has defended people accused of crimes in municipal, state, and federal courts.  He also has extensive experience in state and federal court as a litigator on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

His experience in litigation has ranged from representation of insured drivers in complex vehicular injury cases to the representation of volumes of plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation.  Alternative dispute resolution avoids the time, expense and uncertainty of a trial, but if adverse parties are not willing to be reasonable, he is ready to go to trial.

Mr. Lee routinely wins felony criminal defense cases and civil cases due to his attention to detail and zealous advocacy.  Mr. Lee limits the cases he takes so he can focus entirely on meeting the needs of the clients he represents.

He has presented on traumatic brain injuries, mental health conditions, suicide, moral injury, and discharge upgrades.  He has extensive experience representing veterans charged with crimes attributable in part to service-connected medical conditions and in their discharge upgrade applications.

In his free time, Mr. Lee enjoys recreation and time with family and friends.
